We have the perfect accommodation for visiting families and groups of friends, single visitors looking for some solitude and romantic partners wanting to immerse themselves in the tranquillity that can only be found in the Kruger.
To ensure that you have the most relaxed stay possible, each of our rooms and our guesthouse, has a list of amenities for guests to make use of. While guests can make full use of our evening meals, breakfasts and lunch, should you be at our lodge during these hours, can be self-catered. Some of our amenities include air conditioning, a bathtub and shower, filtered water, microwave, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, laundry facilities, and more.
Each accommodation option includes an outdoor fireplace and seating area, overlooking the river below. There is nothing better than ending your day looking down upon the river, spotting the various wildlife who frequent the water after dark. With relaxation being key to getting the most out of your holiday with us, we have a number of activities for you to look forward to enjoying. Firstly, there is the spa. At our Dzombo Spa, our in-house spa specialist will help you unwind. Some of the treatments we have available include back massages, full body massages, foot massages, pedicures, manicures, facials and various other treatments.
Once you’ve had your full spa experience, you can enjoy a day of golf at the world-class Leopard Creek Golf Course. The course is beautifully laid out and incorporates nature within the manicured golf greens. Usually a private members club, we have an arrangement with the course that allows our guests to play a round or two, provided we book beforehand.
And what would a trip to Kambaku be without time spent on safari? We have our own safari vehicle and our guests can enjoy a guided Kruger Park day safari when staying with us. Our location allows us to take our visitors into the Southern Kruger, an area of the park which has become well known for some of the best wildlife sightings in the park. It is also an area that is great for seeing the legendary Big 5.
